It is agreed that Danoc Plumbing is not responsible for the following:

1. Damage caused to Customer’s property as a result of obtaining access to and exposing plumbing and drainage systems.
2. This agreement is based on the presumption that the existing plumbing and/or pipe work complies with standard plumbing practice and is in good order.  Danoc Plumbing cannot be held responsible for existing installations which are defective and do not comply with standard plumbing practice.
3. Any patching, repairs, installation, removal or replacement of non-plumbing items or activities including but not limited to: concrete, paving, asphalt, sidewalks, driveways, patios, pools, trees, plants, grass lawns, fences, electrical wiring and     fixtures, painting, floor tiles, wall tiles, decorations, plastering and all other wall coverings, glass, carpets, woodwork, cabinets, floor surfaces and/or anything that may be damaged in the event of carrying out plumbing work, except when specifically quoted or agreed on before work commences.         
4. Customer accepts full responsibility for the prompt payment of all cost of this agreement even though customer may intend to obtain reimbursement from a third party.
5. All materials used remain the property of Danoc Plumbing, and may be removed until paid in full.
6. In the event of any legal action being instituted for the recovery of any outstanding amount/s against the customer, then and in such an event the customer shall be responsible for the payment of all costs incurred on an attorney and client scale, including collection commission.
